• 2 years of Residence Addresses.
• Names and addresses of each employer for the past 2 years.
• Last 2 years W-2 forms & last 30 days paystubs.
• Self-employed: Past 2 years tax returns and current P&L.
• Previous 3 months checking and savings account statements (include all pages).
• Last quarterly or 3 months 401K/investment/IRA statements (include all pages).
• Name of homeowners insurance agent and phone number.
• Loan information on other real estate owned.
• Certificate of Eligibility & DD214's (for VA Loans).
