What To Bring To Closing

• A 10 year residence list
• Photo I.D.'s
• A cashier's check made out to yourself, that you will endorse at closing, in the amount of the Good Faith Estimate. We will call before the closing with any updated figures we have from the title company.
• Original Homeowners Insurance Binder and Paid Receipt for one year.

• Photo I.D.'s
• A cashier's check made out to yourself, that you will endorse at closing, in the amount of the Good Faith Estimate. We will call you before closing with any updated figures we have from the title company. (Except Cash out refinances).
• If you are paying off credit cards at closing, please bring the last statement to the closing.
